OC Upcoming Test 2024 – 1st August 2024

The OC Test for 2025 will be paper-based. Three tests, reading, mathematical reasoning, and thinking skills, will be conducted on one day.

• Mathematical Reasoning – 35 items – 40 minutes
• Thinking Skills – 30 items – 30 minutes

The opportunity class placement program is a two-year program for Year 5 and Year 6 that gives an opening to academically talented children to learn with other students.

The opportunity classes are held in about 76 government-aided primary schools across NSW (New South Wales). The OC test is organized by the Cambridge Assessment Test Authority and is held every year in the month of July, where Year 4 students appear to gain a place in the OC classes.
