Seven full sets of Reading Comprehension Question Papers – Time Scored.

Reading Comprehension each set has 25 questions, and the student needs to complete them within 30 minutes.

Higher Ability Selection Test (HAST) is a skill test used by secondary schools to classify academically talented students for enhanced learning and enhancement programs. The test draws upon ACER’s extensive experience in high-stakes testing programs for schools, such as the Selective High School Placement Test in New South Wales, the Ignite program in South Australia and the Queensland’s Academies Student Entrance Test – Brisbane State High school etc.

What is the HAST level?
The HAST program brings laborious tests in reading comprehension, mathematical reasoning, abstract reasoning, and written expression at all secondary school levels, including first level entry.
HAST-P testing is available for Year 4 and 5 students for Year 7 Entry. HAST testing is available for Year 6 students for year 7 entry. Junior Secondary Year 7 Students for Year 8 Entry, Middle Secondary Year 8 and Year 9 students for Year 9 and Year 10 Entries and Senior Secondary Year 10 Entry and Year 11 Students for Year 11 and Year 12 Entries.
The candidate’s current year level determines the choice of test level at the time of the HAST test and not the candidate’s age.
Which All states conduct HAST Test?
