Description
Selective 4 Marked Writing
1. Two Creative Writing Topics
2. Two Persuasive Writing Topics
Things to consider are:
Structure, vocabulary, grammar, use of the prompt material, punctuation and
engagement with the reader. Use the time to plan and make notes only.
You have 5 minutes to plan your piece and 30 minutes of writing time. Your planning will not be assessed.
The student must select each writing task and submit it in Word or PDF. Each writing will be marked within three to four working days after submission. Students should submit four writings at any time during the 90 days of the subscription, and the last submission is not before seven days after the course ends.
Within 90 days of the membership date, a total of 4 writing tasks may be used.
Before you begin writing – think carefully about what you need to say and how the layout and arrangement of your writing may help to express your message clearly.
Things to remember :
- Writing will be judged on how well you can select, develop and organise prompts and ideas and communicate them efficiently and effectively in writing.
- Structure, content and creativity.
- Use sophisticated vocabulary.
- Focus on grammar and spelling.
